• Accidental Damage: Unintentional damage occurring during normal use, like tears or stains.
• Wear and Tear: Significant deterioration from regular play within the coverage period.

📦 Replacement Process

1. Initiate a Claim: Contact our support team at support@muzzybrand.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
2. Provide Evidence: Submit photos of the damaged or defective doll to assist in the assessment.
3. Receive Replacement: Upon approval, a replacement doll will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
