- Manufacturer Defects: Issues such as faulty stitching, missing components, or defects in materials.
- Accidental Damage: Unintentional damage occurring during normal use, like tears or stains.
- Wear and Tear: Significant deterioration from regular play within the coverage period.
📦 Replacement Process
- Initiate a Claim: Contact our support team at support@muzzybrand.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: Submit photos of the damaged or defective doll to assist in the assessment.
- Receive Replacement: Upon approval, a replacement doll will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
I’m a doll collector plus I’ve wanted to donate to Gaza but wasn’t sure how to do it. I hesitated ordering this doll and book because in the videos and photos it looks huge. I received the doll, book and little hajabs today and am happy it is not huge. It is a sweet size for children and also for grannies. I’m not Muslim but wanted to have an open mind and maybe learn a little.
